Tucked in foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains lies VILLA DEL SOL D'ORO, a replica of the Villa Collazzi near Florence. Built in 1924 this beautiful historic property and gardens was the inspiration behind this Tuscan inspired bridal inspiration captured by Southern California wedding photographer MATTHEW NIGEL and styled by GRIT & GOLD WEDDINGS. "Our palette of terracotta, peach and mauve was selected to complement the earthy tones of stucco and concrete textures found within the exterior of the property. Our bride adorned a romantic lace bodice gown with chiffon skirt. Beautiful fine art detailing found throughout from the hand illustration of the Villa on the paper suite by LITTLE NORTH COMPANY, vintage mansion corridors, and dreamy Italian evoking door and archways."
