Wowsa do I have a beauty of a shoot for you today!! Inspired by the ancient architecture and rugged landscape of rural Spain the incredible PAULA O’HARA and stylist ALISE TAGGART teamed up for this a-maz-ing editorial in the ancient town of Tudela and Bardenas Reales National Park. The landscapes are soooo beautiful, and the stunning gowns from THE WHITE GALLERY (ééòCHLOE’ BY RUE DE SEINE and ééòJOY’ by MARIA SENTO) are highlighted to perfection. In so much of modern bridal style, the long ornate veils and the lace gowns, you can see the influences of Spain and they decided to explore those influences a little more showcasing the pieces with a taste of the true spirit of Spain.
ééòWe loved the rich red colour of the wines produced in this region along with the architecture of the old Spanish town which brought together a palette of blacks, reds, purples, deep pinks, mustard and gold. The intricate lace along with the high peineta comb and floral inspiration was taken from the dramatic style of the traditional Spanish se orita. We wandered the beautiful old streets of Tudela around the ornate cathedral and then out into the beautiful, other-worldly backdrop of Bardenas National Park.ééò
