Today's shoot from O'MALLEY PHOTOGRAPHERS is a combined bridal and engagement feature in a beautiful foggy environment at Seattle's Discovery Park � well it started sunny but ended up foggy but it sure makes for some beautiful images.
�Taking formal bridal portraits is something I've always wished would catch on in the west, so to say we were thrilled when Brita wanted to be photographed in her mothers' wedding gowns is an understatement. This bride is just as sweet as she is gorgeous, so photographing her in the sweet blush pink, non-traditional gown her mother chose was very fitting. The lush, late fall greenery provided the perfect natural back-drop for this romantic session.
After the bridals, Brita's fianc joined us for the engagement session. These two are so fun, sweet, and gorgeous to boot that it was hard to not photograph them all day long! Richie and Brita knew they wanted to incorporate fall colors and family heirlooms into their engagement session, and Discovery Park provided the perfect scenery. The session started out beautiful and sunny, but before long the fog rolled in and created that ethereal feel that only fog can, giving it an overall unique feel. We can't wait for their mid-summer wedding next year being held at the grooms family estate!�
