Inspired by the ocean and it’s intrigue and mystery, JENNIFER KULAKOWSKI created this romantic and ethereal bridal shoot taking advantage of the golden California light and the stunning beaches of Santa Barbara. The soft florals by LA FLEUR DU JOUR are absolutely stunning ééò especially with the little touch of blue tweedia. Coral, shells and sea fans were incorporated into the seaside tablescape, which was completed with a beautiful driftwood centrepiece, and the entire scene just basks in the glow of that magic dusk light.
Jennifer tells us, ééòThe beautiful calligraphy sign, created by BROWN FOX CALLIGRAPHY, displays the E.E. Cummings poem for which this inspirational shoot is meant to emulate: ééòFor whatever we lose (like a you or a me), It’s always ourselves we find in the sea.ééò The ocean is so powerful and can overcome you but I also find that it can give you the peace of mind to find yourself. This overarching theme played into our vision for the session.ééò
