Heidi wanted to do something special and surprising for her husband for their anniversary so enlisting the help of her friend New Orleans wedding photographer ERIKA PARKER they put together this elegant bridal boudoir shoot. Erika tells us, “The location was actually the private home of another friend. The first time I had walked into their new home, their modified sunroom had me imagining all kinds of ways to shoot in it. Most homes in New Orleans historically have a sunroom as part of the house. In modern times, most of them have been enclosed but still have beautiful floor to ceiling windows with amazing light, and in our case the original tile. We decided to do Heidi’s shoot there, and everything about it was perfect.POPPY & MINT FLORAL created a simple greenery installation which was striking against the white interior.

A huge thank-you to New Orleans wedding photographer ERIKA PARKER for sharing this ultra feminine beauty with us. Erika is a member of our vendor guide and one of our recommended Louisiana Wedding Photographers. Working primarily with film, her work has a dreamy quality to it.
