Ahhh don’t you just want to dive into the warmth of these beautiful tones in this editorial from Utah Wedding Photographer A TWIST OF LEMON PHOTOGRAPHY? I know I do – and lucky for me my favourite season is just around the corner – actually we’re officially in Autumn (before you get confused by this statement remember I’m in New Zealand!). Whilst this shoot is more wintery than autumn, it demonstrates how enveloping these lovely colours are when used in a wedding colour palette whatever the season may be.
Braelynn from BELLE BODAS & EVENTS tells us about the shoot, “The moment I spoke with KAT, the photographer of this shoot, the juices began to organically flow and a streamline of fluidity was created for the rest of the design to follow. I was inspired by the warmth, beauty, and authenticity of the winter season. I wanted an intimate table setting that related to the family gatherings that take place during the holiday season. I opted for a festive soup as our main dish, and warm artisanal pies in lieu of a cake. Choosing a simple colour palette of greens, golds, and deep reds, and a location that offered a kiss of uniqueness to the more traditional elements, we were able to maintain a fresh design without it feeling specifically like Christmas. Many of Kat’s images were inspired by the texture and romantic feel of the old mansion. The intimate setting & effortless design were the two perfect complements for this wedding dinner.”
