Vivi Lin

San Francisco Photographer

My name is Vivi and I am a full-time wedding photographer based in San Francisco, CA. 

I was born in China and have studied in South Korea and the United States. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree from Shenzhen University's Japanese Department in 2012, and obtained my Master's degree in Korean language education from Seoul National University in 2016. During my time in South Korea, I began documenting my daily life through photography and discovered my passion for it. Determined to pursue my dreams and become a professional photographer, I enrolled in the Photography program at the Academy of Art University, where I earned my MFA degree in 2020.

With fluency in multiple languages including Chinese, Cantonese, English, Korean and Japanese, I can effectively communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds. My extensive experience living in different countries has provided me with a global perspective, which greatly influences my work.
