With a colour palette of white, pearl, gold, moss green, and lime green, and elements inspired by pears, pearls, bows, and moss, the shoot narrates a story of love and elegance. The spotlight shines on a real couple, Samson Robinson and Carmen Amelia, whose genuine connection adds depth to the narrative, adorned in exquisite attire from THORNBURY BRIDES. This collaboration of key vendors, including BLUE DAPHNE EVENTS for coordination and design and BRUSHED BY BEC on florals, aims to showcase the beauty and history of this area through an elevated event experience.
The shoot was meticulously planned to highlight the architectural beauty and the lush surroundings of BRITTON MANOR and THE ONEIL. The design direction, spearheaded by Kandis Harvey of BRITTON MANOR and BLUE DAPHNE EVENTS, drew inspiration from the venues' opulent ceilings, setting the tone for a sophisticated and romantic ambiance. The colour scheme was carefully chosen to complement the interior's grandeur, with touches of gold to accentuate the luxury, and shades of green to bring in the freshness of nature. Pearls and bows added a touch of classic elegance, while moss elements brought an organic, earthy feel, blending the indoors with the natural beauty outside.
The overarching mission of this styled shoot was to not only showcase these two venues as ideal destinations for luxurious and intimate weddings, but also to highlight the rich history and cultural heritage of the area. The vision was to create an experience that feels both timeless and personal, inviting couples to imagine their own stories unfolding in this enchanting setting. I care about the tear rolling down grandmother's face, the nervous flutters on his face before the first look, the kid that fell asleep because the party went past his bedtime.
