This shoot was another case of scrambling to pull a shoot together at the eleventh hour. When Clayton Austin got in touch with me to say he would be in New Zealand the following week I knew I had to do all I could to pull a team together. Together with Rue de Seine, Natalie Dent who created a beautiful look for our model Pia, and some stunning florals from Leaf & Honey, we gathered one late summer’s afternoon in the amazing Kauri Grove in Auckland’s Cornwall Park and had a little fun!! Pia & Johnny were a dream to work with and despite the very unplanned nature of it, it all came together perfectly!! A big thank you also to Lacielle Roselle who provided some beautiful headpieces.
