It’s not hard to see how you would be completely inspired by the incredible location of the Crimea Peninsula. Photographer MALVINA FROLOVA has always been impressed by the diversity in this area so choosing one specific spot wasn’t easy but the team settled on Simeiz – a tiny town located on the southern slopes of the main range of Crimean Mountains. Malvina says, “It has a hidden rocky beach that was completely empty in the last days of October when the weather is already windy and cloudy. Since we knew that the background of our shoot would be mostly grey because of the rocks, we decided to base the palette of the shoot on this and play with the shades of dusty blue and grey.“
