We can never resist a good chocolate cake! And one with delicious berries makes it even better! FIVE PHOTOGRAPHY captured SWEETS OF LALA chocolate creation.
INGREDIENTS:
5 eggs whites / 1/5 cup of liqueur / 1 cup of sugar / 1 cup of flour / 75g of cocoa powder
1/5 cup of oil / pinch of cinnamon
ééò Separate the whites from the yolks and beat the egg whites.
ééò In a bowl combine the egg yolks, chocolate, pinch of cinnamon, sugar, oil and the liqueur and beat well.
ééò Add the egg whites and lastly the flour.
ééò Bake in the oven at a temperature of 185 C, in a cake form greased with butter and dusted with flour.
FOR THE ICING:
200gms of chocolate cuisine / 1 small package of cream / 1 tbsp of butter
Put it all together in a bowl and bring to low heat in water bath until melted and reach a creamy appearance.
