Eloping seems like the ultimate and most intimate declaration of your love for one another don’t you think? Photographer JESS HUNTER worked with vendors in her local Pacific Northwest area to create this ééòwild at heart’ mountain elopement. The organic and romantic feel was accomplished using beautiful calligraphy from Karla of WRITTEN WORD CALLIGRAPHY (who as a side note I’m having lunch with in Vancouver this weekendééò eeek getting excited for our trip now!!), some gorgeously rich florals by BOTANIQUE FLOWERS and a SARAH SEVEN gown from VELVET BRIDE. Wanting to appeal to a couple whom want to elope but not in the traditional courthouse style ééò a more adventurous soul ééò they went on a hike, scrambling up rocks and climbing through the forest to be rewarding with this amazing view, and an incredible spot to say ééòi do’. Being among nature at such a special time in your life lends such a spiritual element to the occasion. Whilst the shoot is wild and free, it also retains romance in spades!
