When this incredible shoot by CHARLIE KINGSLAND-BARROW with styling by LOUISE BEUKES landed in my inbox as a submission for the MAGAZINE, I was grinning ear to ear!! The beautiful tender images of a bride getting ready for the biggest day of her life really touched me, and the organic textures and soft muted colours of the surroundings had me pretty excitedééò they’re so stunning! Louise explains the idea behind all the gorgeousness belowééò
ééòAs the wedding day begins, our bride takes a quiet moment alone over breakfast at a rustic outdoor breakfast table and reminisces over old love letters as she begins her transformation from girl to bride. Beautiful lingerie from Shell Belle and gowns from Delphine Manivet and Sarah Janks illustrate the process, the background loose and organic, contrasting muted blue and grey tones against the raw, almost run-down interior of an old London pub turned wedding venue. The table setting is simple and minimal, as if it were curated from much-loved antiques collected around the home, the stationery freshly calligraphed, the lush flowers picked and arranged from the surrounding countryside on the morning of the wedding.ééò
