My name is Wike and photographing important seasons in life, such as saying ‘I do’ and motherhood, fill my heart with happiness! I photograph both film and digital and always strive for dreamy and romantic imagery on your wedding day. Looking for light, emotion, colors and beautiful compositions within a wedding day is second nature to me. Intimate outdoor weddings with lots of flowers have my heart. I love connecting with people and I find that key to great candid photos.
Since I can remember, creativity has been a big part of my life. As a little girl I used to arrange all our printed photos into albums in my room. That tells me that photography always had my heart. After studying Graphic Design and having worked at several fashion magazines, I felt like being a wedding photographer is my purpose.
I can’t wait to document that special day for you!

IF I HAVE A FREE SUNDAY I WOULD SPEND IT… with my family. My son is my everything!
MY MOST MEMORABLE TRAVEL EXPERIENCE WAS… to see Lake Como. It had something so magical I cannot describe!! I also adore The Cotswolds and the Provence.
THE COUNTRY I MOST WANT TO VISIT IS… Colombia. One of the reasons I started learning Spanish.
WHAT I LOVE MOST ABOUT MY JOB IS… the interaction with my couples! I love getting to know people and building genuine connections. It is so amazing to witness all the love on a wedding day from up close.
IF I DIDN’T DO THIS FOR A JOB I WOULD BE… a painter (in my dreams ;-)
I LOVE WHERE I LIVE BECAUSE… every winter I look forward to spring when everything starts to bloom again!
IF I COULD LIVE ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD IT WOULD BE… Probably England, since I would still be close to my family living in The Netherlands.
MY FAVOURITE MOVIE IS? Pretty much everything romantic, there are too many good ones to mention.
