Interview

IF I HAVE A FREE SUNDAY I WOULD SPEND IT… It would be to spend the morning curled up in bed with my fur baby, uni and then going out with her to our favourite coffee shop in the neighbourhood for a cup of oat milk latte. In the afternoon, I would like to go out for a hike when the weather is nice, or stay in at my home studio for some leisure painting while listening to my favourite songs.

MY MOST MEMORABLE TRAVEL EXPERIENCE WAS… Morocco. We started off our trip from Chefchaouen which is a beautiful blue city, and picture perfect with different shades of blue. Marrakech was another magical city that I love which has so much to offer, and it was a truly authentic experience to stay in the riads with amazing architectures. But the hi-light of our trip was our desert tour where we rode on camels and where we saw the sun set and rise at the horizon.

THE COUNTRY I MOST WANT TO VISIT IS… African safari for the animals.

WHAT I LOVE MOST ABOUT MY JOB IS… I love to be part of a couple’s important journey to tell their story through their wedding stationery. I’m thrilled whenever guests tell my couples how much they love their suite and how unique they are. I also enjoy collaboration and editorial shoots because they are my creative outlets for things that I want to try out and for designs that I’ve always wanted to do.

IF I DIDN’T DO THIS FOR A JOB I WOULD BE/DO… I would be an ophthalmologist.

IF I COULD GIVE NEWLY ENGAGED COUPLES ONE PIECE OF ADVICE IT WOULD BE… do not stress out over wedding planning and remember what marriage is all about.

I LOVE WHERE I LIVE BECAUSE… Hong Kong is a metropolitan city and has the best night view at the Victoria Harbour. It is also about food in Hong Kong with restaurants offering different kind of cuisines, and my comfort food has to be sushi, sushi and sushi.

IF I COULD LIVE ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD IT WOULD BE… Switzerland.

MY FAVOURITE MOVIE IS? Frozen, because it always reminds me of my sister.

MOST MEMORABLE MEAL I’VE EVER EATEN WAS… Olo in Helsinki, it was an eye-opening and mouthwatering fine dining experience during our honeymoon.

THE PETS I OWN ARE… uni the corgi, we love her and spoil her every day.
