Set among the rolling hills of Northern Virginia, Taylor and Bobby’s wedding at BEACON HILL MANOR was the perfect balance of romantic elegance and deeply personal storytelling. Captured beautifully by COUNT IN THREES PHOTO, and thoughtfully brought together by planner ANGELICA LAWS, the celebration blended meaningful family history with whimsical design details and a warm, joyful atmosphere. Florals by CEDAR AND LIME CO. completed the setting with lush arrangements that perfectly complemented the natural landscape.
A Match Made by Friends
Taylor and Bobby were introduced through two close friends who were certain the pair would hit it off. Their first meeting was a double date, and the connection was immediate. From that night on, they were inseparable — and fittingly, the friends who introduced them celebrated their own wedding just four months before Taylor and Bobby’s.

A Proposal to Remember
For their three-year anniversary, Bobby planned a weekend getaway to The Inn at Little Washington. After coordinating with the restaurant staff ahead of time, he arranged for them to be seated at a quiet table tucked away from the rest of the dining room.
Just before dessert arrived, Bobby got down on one knee and proposed. Taylor immediately said yes as nearby diners applauded the moment. To mark the occasion, the chef presented them with a beautifully crafted beehive-inspired dessert — a sweet and unforgettable beginning to their engagement.
A Venue Close to Home
The wedding venue itself carried special meaning. BEACON HILL MANOR is a luxury estate built by Bobby’s father on fifty acres of land in Northern Virginia — a property Bobby has since transformed into a wedding venue. With sweeping views of rolling hills and breathtaking sunsets, the estate offered the perfect balance of intimacy and grandeur.

A Joyful Start to the Day
Taylor spent the morning in the venue’s light-filled bridal suite with her bridesmaids, mother, and sisters. The atmosphere was relaxed and joyful — filled with music, bagel sandwiches, games, and even a few TikToks. Being surrounded by the women who had supported her throughout life brought a sense of calm and grounding before the ceremony began.
A Meaningful First Look Alternative
Instead of a traditional first look, Taylor and Bobby chose to exchange private vows over coffee on the morning of their wedding. Having stayed together the night before at Hotel Burg, the quiet moment allowed them to share heartfelt words before the day unfolded.
For Taylor, nothing could replace the emotion of seeing Bobby’s face for the first time as she walked down the aisle.
Fashion That Told a Story
Taylor approached her wedding fashion with creativity and intention. She began the day in a lace Self Portrait dress layered with a pink ruffle robe before changing into her wedding gown — a romantic Valentini Spose design from Elegance by Roya in Tysons, Virginia, complete with a matching bolero and veil.
Later in the evening, she transformed the look by removing the bolero to create a strapless silhouette and switching from delicate pearl earrings to bold statement earrings. A satin block heel by Dolce Vita ensured comfort throughout the night.
Her accessories carried special significance: a great-grandmother’s aquamarine ring and a charming Olympia Le-Tan “Just Married” clutch embroidered with her new last name.
Florals That Brought the Vision to Life
Taylor entrusted much of the floral vision to ANGELICA LAWS and the team at CEDAR AND LIME CO., providing a loose palette and allowing the professionals creative freedom. The result exceeded her expectations — lush, romantic arrangements that elevated every space while maintaining a natural elegance.

A Ceremony with Meaningful Music
The ceremony took place at the base of Beacon Hill Manor’s dramatic staircase, descending from the back balcony to the ceremony lawn. The bridal party walked down the aisle to Dawn from the Pride and Prejudice soundtrack, while Taylor made her entrance to an acoustic version of Taylor Swift’s Enchanted. An electric violinist enhanced the atmosphere, creating a moment that felt cinematic and deeply personal.
Bobby’s sister Nadia officiated the ceremony — an intentional choice for the couple, who wanted someone who truly knew them to guide the moment. When Taylor’s veil briefly caught on a stone before walking down the aisle, the small pause turned into a moment of laughter that helped her relax and fully embrace the moment.
A Lively Cocktail Hour
Cocktail hour brought the energy of the celebration to life. The electric violinist performed a mix of modern and classic love songs while guests enjoyed signature cocktails, mocktails, and passed hors d’oeuvres.
After completing portraits, Taylor and Bobby joined their guests and casually walked together into the reception tent to begin the evening’s festivities.

Music, Celebration, and a Full Dance Floor
Music played a central role in shaping the evening’s atmosphere. A DJ and live saxophonist created an electric energy, greeting guests as they entered the tent and keeping the dance floor full throughout the night.
The couple shared their first dance to Beyond by Leon Bridges, followed by heartfelt speeches — including an emotional and humorous toast from Taylor’s younger sister.
Dinner by Occasions Catering delighted guests, and later in the evening warm Hot Toddys and soft pretzel bites were served as late-night treats.
The Perfect Beginning
As the evening unfolded beneath the Virginia sky, Taylor and Bobby soaked in every moment — hugging loved ones, dancing endlessly, and celebrating the incredible community gathered around them.
The very next day they boarded a plane for their honeymoon at Rosewood Mayakoba, where days were spent resting by the pool, enjoying endless tostadas, and embracing the quiet joy of newly married life.
It was the perfect closing chapter to a wedding that felt exactly as they hoped — romantic, personal, and filled with unforgettable memories.
