Love Shoot amidst ancient Spanish olive trees

We have had SO much rain here in Auckland that all these beautiful sunny images have me yearning to head somewhere warm! Bring on summer I say! MARIA HIBBS captured the beautiful Claudia & Juan – a couple she met downstairs from her house here in Palma, Mallorca. She tells us, “When I first saw Claudia with her undone hair and no make up I was immediately drawn to her natural beauty and so I followed my inner voice and asked her if I could photograph her and her longtime boyfriend Juan. We picked a beautiful spot in the Tramuntana mountains, an old olive grove with gorgeous light. She wore a simple yet detailed lace dress and Juan complimented her perfectly. Their initial shyness disappeared after a few minutes and so I got to witness and photograph their young hearts full of pure love for one another. We had a fun afternoon of shooting, trying to communicate with hand and feet since my Spanish is quite limited. But often I just quietly shot as they kissed and giggled and forget the world around them.“
