A cosy weekend away with your favourite person, holed up in a cabin, enjoying each others company whilst spending time in nature sounds utterly idyllic to me and thanks to SIERRA ASHLEIGH PHOTOGRAPHY I can now visualise it perfectly in these beautiful images.
Sierra tells us, "It doesn't get much better than riding co-pilot through Oregon's winding roads in a Westfalia with a long-haired, blue eyed guy, with the kindest and most genuine heart! Annabel and Alex shared so much laughter between one another as the warm spring breeze carried soft scents of wildflowers and crisp mountain air through rolled down windows. Learning to navigate with a paper map and sharing so many new things with each other - with Lake Street Dive playing in the background.
Annabel and Alex were able to watch the beautiful sun set through the evergreen tree line and paint the skies the prettiest hue of pink as it disappeared behind the purple Cascade Mountain Range on the drive up to the adorable little white, A-frame cabin nestled in the woods just outside of Hood River. Just picture perfect.
This little weekend getaway was a dream for this couple. Quiet, Slow mornings, pour over coffee, homemade shared avocado toast with fresh herbs, vintage board games in bed, afternoon naps in the hammock and golden sunsets. There’s nothing like escaping the city and spending quality time in nature to relax and connect with your significant other."
