This sweet lifestyle shoot by BONNIE SEN shows a day in the life at the PORTER & IVES house & studio. Doesn’t this look utterly idyllic? It’s my dream to be honest! POLENTA CAKE
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups milk // 1 can sweetened condensed milk // 3 eggs // 1 cup sugar // 1 cup polenta // 3 tbsp flour // 2 tbsp butter // 1 tbsp baking powder // 1 cup ricotta
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 180C (360F) // Mix all ingredients in a blender (not in the mixer) // Bake for 45 minutes
* for a gluten free version you can use rice flower
