The folks at LIVE VIEW STUDIOS recently had the privilege of coordinating a gathering for film photographers at the beautiful venue of RIVEROAKS in Charleston. As part of the gathering, they coordinated this gorgeous shoot using clients who are shortly getting married. The ever so hospitable Marianne and her team at RIVEROAKS designed lovely table, floral, and food elements to go along with the shoot, as well as assisting with styling details.
Beside the winding Wando River, RIVEROAKS in Charleston offers tranquility and respite to those who gather there. Drawing upon that, this wedding inspiration feels restful, from the bride contemplatively gazing through the window out onto the river before readying herself for the day, to the laid-back al fresco dinner reception, with a table laden with fine wines, cheeses, fresh herbs, and honey. The spanish moss dripping from the live oaks by the river inspired the earthy color palette of cream, light browns, blues, and greens, with accents of dusty rose and deep purples in the florals. The invitation suite is elegantly simple, setting the tone for this european-influenced wedding inspiration.
