Nestled in the forest of the Burgundian countryside, the DOMAINE DU RÉVELLION served as an ethereal backdrop for this intimate inspiration shoot by DIVYA PANDE with styling and florals by THE PETALER FLORAL AND EVENTS CO. The château features a centuries old chapel that has served the family for generations and whose rich, wine-coloured velvet pews served as the inspiration for the colour palette.
"Exploring family traditions, we specifically curated a selection of familial heirlooms as we designed the bridal look. From PETER LANGNER'S stunning lace gown as an ode to the tradition of lace making in the area, to the hand sculpted floral coronet from ERIN RHYNE that could signify an heirloom piece passed down through a family from bride to bride. We wanted to carry these rich tones and traditions through to the dining scene where we accented the florals with deep red peonies and blackberries ripe from the bush alongside heirloom tableware to complete our homage to tradition."
With planning by JULIE AND ROMEO WEDDING and stationery from LUPINE LETTERS the end result is eye-candy for anyone dreaming of a wedding in the French countryside.
