Emily and Jesse’s Malibu engagement session was every bit as spectacular as Southern California wedding photographer LUCY MUNOZ envisioned it would be. She tells us, "They are both very busy people, so coordinating a date that worked for everyone was a bit tricky. The moment Emily stepped out of the car she said, “We’re not models so please bear with us.” I laughed because I think almost every couple I have photographed has told me that, and I always say the same thing, “You bring the love and I will do the rest.”
During the engagement session Jesse surprised Emily when he got down on one knee and re-proposed to her with a beautiful new ring. She was totally taken off guard, as you can imagine, and became so elated and full of joy. I think she might’ve fallen in love with him all over again.
Emily wore a beautiful custom multi-coloured tulle gown by ADELA CUSTOM DESIGNS that was so incredibly amazing. The amount of love that Jesse and Emily have for one another is so palpable. They both wanted to include their adorable pup, Diego - and boy am I glad they did! The last picture is of Emily and Jesse dancing and enjoying the moment–the way life should always be lived."
