If you're a spring bride, there's so much to love here! Inspired by the ethereal, fashion-forward gowns by Israeli designer GALIA LAHAV, Brisbane wedding photographers SERENITY PHOTOGRAPHY created this spring wedding editorial as an ode to femininity and romance. Lead photographer Anastasia tells us, "My muse was a strong confident woman that is not afraid to show her vulnerable, delicate side, celebrated during Renaissance period by the likes of Botticelli. I wanted to show femininity through movement and soft gestures, and chose a dramatic ballerina ballgown made of pleated silk tulle in shades of ivory and blush, and a sheer embroidered fitted French lace dress topped with a sheer pleated tulle skirt, and a sheer corset top complemented by BADGLEY MISCHKA shoes”.

Captured at Archways of MANLY PAVILION and on the beach itself utilising the beautiful backdrop, make-up artist KELLSIE BAIN opted for soft tones and glowing skin, enhancing natural beauty. And Danielle from DEELUSH HAIR chose relaxed hair up-dos, gently framing the face.

Florist MISS FLEURISTE chose a stunning combination of seasonal flowers in a beautiful soft pastel colour palette, with the intention to create an utterly romantic setting and emulate a feeling of luxury for this styled shoot. “Spring offers an abundance of cherry blossom, and pairing these strong & striking flowering branches with softer romantic spring blooms such as gorgeous garden roses, beautiful ranunculus with their layers of ruffly delicate petals, and sweet scented floaty sweet peas, perfectly reflect both the confidence and femininity of the GALIA LAHAV bride. The colour palette was developed by first taking inspiration from the Bellina gown with its beautiful pastel blush tone, considering the contrast of the deeper burgundy accents of the flowering cherry blossom branches, and choosing complimentary coloured blooms in shades of dusty pinks, blush and nude, also opting for minimal foliage and instead pairing with soft delicate textures such as fluffy delphinium & sweet peas. Each floral filled scene, including the abundant floral arch, bouquets and fully styled tablescape were designed in an elegant but organic style with the finer details and finishes in mind, such as the floating botanical died silk table runner and trailing bouquet ribbons in a muted latte colour tone to compliment both the beautiful blooms and gorgeous gowns.

Silbia from Wedding invitation designer HOUSE OF MODERN LETTERS says: “My inspiration started with cherry blossoms, which means spring and renewal. I wanted to combine the imperfect details from the hand-lettering and handmade paper to bring something modern and new.
