What better spot to celebrate your 5th wedding anniversary in than Paris? One of our favourite European based wedding photographers GERT HUYGAERTS captured these beautiful images in the city of love of fellow wedding photographer CALLIE MANION and her husband.
Callie tells us, "Grant & I met in college and ever since we got married, we've been dreaming and saving for a trip to Europe. Our five year anniversary was this past Spring, and it just felt like the perfect time to go. We always knew we wanted to spend at least a week in Paris and when we finally got there, it did not disappoint! The city is so romantic with all of it's history and we truly fell in love. We have two young kids, so the trip was extra special to us because it was the first time we had been alone together for that long since having our first child 3 1/2 years ago! I knew I wanted to commemorate the trip with an Anniversary Session in Paris, and the photographs are absolutely my favourite part of our entire trip! We will treasure these photographs forever!"
