Happy Monday everyone! I hope you had a lovely Valentines day weekend � whether it be with a furry friend, bestest pal or life partner! I must admit we're not big on celebrating Valentines day in my house � as my husband sarcastically says �every day is Valentines day around here� � cue the eye rolls! But seriously whilst we may not acknowledge what has become a rather commercialised holiday with anything but a card, it's always nice to let your loved ones know they're appreciated! It's often the smallest of gestures that mean the most.
I'm gearing up for a crazy busy week at the �Magnolia Rouge Headquarters', as I fly out to Cuba to attend the THREE DUDES WORKSHOP next week � to say I'm excited would be an understatement! I can't believe I'm actually going to Cuba! Until then however I have the most insanely long to do list so I'd best leave you with all the pretty below!
This stunningly moody editorial by NEW ZEALAND WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHERS THE LOVE COLLECTIVE was a collaboration with stylists BALENCIA LANE at MAHANA WEDDINGS for the Wild Hearts Wedding Fair. It features a beautiful selection of New Zealand talents such as WEDDING DRESS DESIGNER CAROLINE CAMPION and gorgeous headpieces from ANNA MARGUERITE.
We love how the candlelight amps up the romantic ambiance and adds intimacy to a space that could otherwise be quite industrial. Soft silks and textured florals soften it all and the result is incredible elegant.
A stunning vineyard, MAHANA WEDDINGS is located in the hills outside of Nelson at the top of the South Island. Overlooking the vineyards as well as views of the mountains and sea it's a pretty spectacular place to hold your wedding at.
The team tell us, �After setting our eyes on this venue we knew this was where our next love story would begin. Inspired by the rustic natural surroundings of the Mahana winery.
