If you're not already completely head over heels for the Tuscan region of Italy, you absolutely will be after seeing these stunning images by Grand Rapids wedding photographers THE FOURNIERS from an editorial at VILLA CETINALE. Planned and designed by the AMV WEDDINGS team, the inspiration for this elopement editorial was to capture the essence of the Tuscan country side in an intimate wedding ceremony and reception. When creating the design, texture and natural elements became the main focus in order to achieve the elegant, high-end feel while still being comfortable and welcoming. This plays out in the rich textured linen that plays off of the vintage china. There is a slight pop of Italian blue incorporated in the table vases, perfectly matched with the lemons that are so iconic to this region of Italy.
The design team share wit us, "To showcase this design, VILLA CETINALE provided the perfect backdrop. With its breathtaking architecture and fields of olive and cypress trees it's a perfect example of quintessential Tuscan countryside. When designing, creating levels that the eye can travel to is fundamental which is why the guest tables were placed in the beautiful garden of the villa. The blue patterned linens bring your eye up and create additional interest. The paper products by INQUISITED were all lovingly made and provide the perfect finishing touches for the reception design.
The real star of the show was the floral design created by FLOWERS LIVING. She took the vision of the design and brought it to life with the most elegant and delicate blooms. The florals were lush and plentiful adding elegance to the sophisticated and beautiful Italian Villa and it’s gardens. To complete tying in more of the Italian elements limoncello was provided as a wedding favour for guests and were the perfect complement for the beautiful cake design by SWEETIE PIE CAKES.
Lastly because part of the wedding experience is the amazing location at which the event is being hosted, a vintage car was incorporated to the editorial. A reminder of the adventurous nature of the couple who will be inspired by an elopement like this. The overall intention of the editorial shoot was to provide something that is attainable for couples getting dreaming of eloping and getting married in the beautiful Tuscan country side.
