This gorgeous San Diego wedding by CAVIN ELIZABETH is a dreamy explosion of exotic floral beauty! Planned by BLOOMS BY BREESA LEE it was held at HUMPHREYS HALF MOON INN - an idyllic & romantic garden oasis on Shelter Island. This charming al fresco celebration features touches of pink, blue, and green – a lovely, soft pastel spring wedding palette. As the groom Nolan is in the Air Force, he and Mary included a few military wedding traditions in the ceremony and reception such as the saber arch kiss at the end of the ceremony.

Cavin gives us a little run down of the day, "Before their first look, Mary gifted Nolan a guitar for the wedding day and his reaction couldn’t have been more sweet. He was totally surprised! Outside in the ceremony garden, Mary and Nolan had their first look. When he turned around and saw her, he grinned from ear to ear.

Mary’s bridesmaids wore French blue gowns and Nolan’s groomsmen wore either Air Force or classic tuxedos. The varying tones of blue in the bridal party fashion certainly set the tone of a coastal garden wedding.

For the ceremony, a lush floral arch served as the backdrop for Mary and Nolan’s vows. They kept the ceremony short and sweet and ended it with a saber arch kiss – a classic Air Force wedding tradition. This moment was Mary's most anticipated of the entire day!

In a large courtyard adjacent to the marina, Mary and Nolan’s 200 guests enjoyed the breezy ocean air. Guests snacked on delicious foods while they mingled during the sunset. You couldn’t have asked for better weather for guests tp sip cocktails and snack on hors d'oeuvres."
