Whether you're actually getting married in the South of France or in your hometown, with intentional European inspired details, you can have a beautiful 'destination' wedding anywhere and I feel like we're going to see more of this over the next 12 months! This beautiful, intimate wedding inspiration captured by MARY PASTUH PHOTOGRAPHY in the Pacific Northwest absolutely transports us to a beautiful chateau in France!

The estate was built in 1931 and was inspired by a French Chateau in the Loire Valley— with it’s stone exterior, columns, marble floors, hand-hewn doors and woodwork, and 17th century paintings imported from Italy and France. Designed & styled by ROSE ANDREW EVENTS the beautiful bride makes quite the a statement in her VERA WANG gown—with its sheer extra long sleeves, vintage lace, mock turtleneck and corset bodice underlay. JEN LAGERS finished the look with subtle and fresh makeup and romantic whispy updo.

The tablescape design featured a natural grey linen with gold rimmed vintage china, pearl flatware, beautiful etched glassware, and velvet napkins. Emily of ROSE ANDREW EVENTS also created the luscious floral arrangements with cascading garden roses, autumn foliage and kumquats.

"We wanted to create a more modern take on the romance of Old World European elegance. Crystal of THE FANCY CAT STUDIO designed a unique invitation suite that featured a custom crest and monogram. The menus were backed with grey velvet and strung with pearls."
