Styled beautifully by Rachel Austin Events, and with some gorgeous natural florals by European Flower Shop, it’s epitomizes the refined beauty of the old classics. Laura tells us a little more about the shoot…
“The Highlands Ranch Mansion is a beautiful 120 year old estate. It is rich in Colorado history and is so unique for our state… most of the older venues here have a rustic barn feel, so it’s quite interesting to find a classical mansion.
Jade Darrough Beauty did 3 different hair styles – loose curls, long side swept, and an updo. This shows how a bride can do several looks throughout the wedding day. The dress is from BHLDN – I love how stunning their dresses becoming when paired with one of their boleros, it completely changes the look of the gown.
Rachel Austin Events set a the table was set with a navy table cloth with navy accent places. And to tie in the blue theme, almost all of the treats from The Dessert Stand have blueberries in them! (blueberry crepes, cupcakes, and pies). To further tie in the blueberry theme, we used blue privet in the bouquet and centerpieces. The feel for the floral elements was naturally beautiful with European Flower Shop design using Spanish moss, artichokes, anemones, rosemary and eucalyptus.
